1. What material are these dolls made of and why are they different from others?
Uniquedoll4u's customized dolls are made by a compound material, normally called "Colored clay". Our design teams utilize the flexibility of the material to customize the dolls your very own personalized doll. Unlike most of other similar products available in the market, Uniquedoll4u's customized dolls are unique and exclusive for you only.

2. How much are these dolls selling for and where can I get the general pricing info?
Our price varies depend on the complexity of the design for each doll. In general, price for the single-person models range from $180 to $200; multi-person model ranging from $220 to $300. We publish and update our product catalog monthly - please visit either our retail stores or our corporate website at www.Uniquedoll4u.com.

3. Can I make my own? If I can't find a model that I like from your product catalog, do I have other options?
Our design team are working hard everyday to come up with new selections in order to cater for your different occasions. We publish new models to public in a monthly basis. In addition to the 70 existing platforms (and increasing) listed in our catalog, we do accept fully customerized doll(s) as a project. 4. Does Uniquedoll4u provide any discount for bulk orders?
Due to the nature of hand-make, 100% personalized products, we normally do not produce in a mass quality. However, if you do have the needs, please email us at sales@Uniquedoll4u.com. For general public, Uniquedoll4u provides seasonal promotions time to time. Please check back regularly on our web site or with our retail stores for updated news on upcoming promotions.

5. As I check your website, some platforms come with a picture frame design and some don't. Also, can I interchange particluar "parts" between different models and backgrounds?
Indeed, after years of production experience, we develop commonly used components to suit different needs in lower cost. If you like to "swap" components from various backgrounds, or produce a fully customized doll, please drop us a line at sales@Uniquedoll4u.com. Our representative will be more than happy to work with you.

6. How is the accuracy and resemblance can you produce from the photo(s) I've given?
Uniquedoll4u is all about craftsmanship, and closely resemblance is one of the important success factor of your "very own" dolls. We consider every product out of our door as an art piece. Since resemblance is one of important requirement, it requires some incorporate between you and us. For the most part, the photos you provided play an imporant role for the factor of "accurate and resemblance". The clearer the photos, the better the resemblance could get. 7. My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your
shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order,
please e-mail at sales@Uniquedoll4u.com.

8. When checking on the status of my order I received an "In Process" message.
What does that mean? "In Process" means that your order is in the process of production. As soon
our artists finish the crafting of your treasure item(s), the status will change to "Shipped" and you can
expect the shipment in 3 - 5 days in normal "next day" shipment method.

9. What is your Returns Policy?
Thank you for purchasing the incarnated products. Uniquedoll4u not only strive in providing high
quality products, but also make sure that you have pleasant shopping experiences with us. To
ensure a smooth production/shopping process, we will:
1. Since each project is 100% personalizing, our artists will confirm the photos and the instruction
upon the order is received. We may contact you in case a better photo is needed. Upon we gather
all information and material necessarily, our artist will work hard for 20 days to hand made
your items.
2. Deliver and receiving:Due to the nature of labor intensive work, please inspect each item
carefully once you receive it. Shall it be any damage during shipping; Uniquedoll4u will be
responsible for repair/reorder.In this case, please be patient with the additional work time
required.
3. Because the dolls are 100% just for you, we will not able to accept returns. We will,
however, we provide free repair service for 20 days upon you receive the products.
